Introduction: The most prevalent cardiovascular disease among the general public is hypertension.
A blood pressure measurement of more than 140 mmHg at the systolic or 90 mmHg at the diastolic
level is called hypertension. Every year, there are more and more people suffering with hypertension.
According to gender, women make up the majority of Bekasi City's annual hypertension sufferers.
Purpose : The aim of this research paper is to examine how low-impact aerobic exercise affects
blood pressure in women with hypertension who are of reproductive age.
Methods: A case study was used in the composition of this scientific work. An individual, program,
activity, school, classroom, or group can all be the subject of a case study, which is characterized
as an object of research that is thoroughly examined.
Results: Based on the results of the analysis, it was determined that the two clients' blood pressure
decreased, with an average systolic blood pressure of 139.5 before to the intervention and 127.3
after it. Then the average diastolic blood pressure before the intervention was 84.3, the average
systolic blood pressure after the intervention was 79.1.
Conclusion: During three days of low impact aerobic activity with one session of gymnastic
exercise intensity each day, both clients saw a reduction in blood pressure.
