ANALISIS PENERAPAN EDUKASI TRIPLE ELIMINASI BERBASIS M-HEALTH TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN IBU HAMIL YANG TERINFEKSI HEPATITIS B DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS PEKAYON JAYA
ABSTRACT
Introduction: Triple Elimination is a program from the Ministry of Health of the
Republic of Indonesia to overcome the transmission of three infectious diseases
simultaneously transmitted from mother to baby, namely HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis B which
is directly integrated into the mother and child program. The Triple Elimination Program
aims to detect HIV, syphilis and Hepatitis B infections as early as possible in pregnant
women because it can save the lives of the mother and her baby/child. Objective: To
analyze the level of knowledge of pregnant women before and after providing educational
interventions about M-Health-based triple elimination. Method: The method used is a
case study, with data collection methods used namely interviews, observation, physical
examination and patient medical records. Results: The average before providing triple
elimination education in both patients was 49.9 and the average after providing triple
elimination education was 100. Conclusion: It can be concluded that none of the
respondents experienced a decrease in their level of knowledge. Both patients
experienced an increase in knowledge from low to high.
