ANALISIS PROFIL HEMATOLOGI PADA PASIEN TB YANG MENGKONSUMSI OBAT ANTI TUBERKULOSIS (OAT) DI PUSKESMAS BOJONG RAWALUMBU

ABSTRACT

Mycobacterium tuberculosis is an acid-resistant bacterium that causes TB disease. The spread of M.tb bacteria is through the air, droplets, sputum splashes from someone who has TB disease. TB treatment is one of the strategies to break the chain of transmission of TB disease. The selection of TB patients who consume drugs (OAT) as research subjects is due to the form of analyzing the occurrence of hematological profile abnormalities in patients who consume drugs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the length of time taking medication on hematologic values in patients with TB who consume drugs. This study used a cross sectional design and purposive sampling data collection which will be carried out in February-Ma 2024 at the Bojong Rawalumbu health center as many as 30 samples with the method of working using a hematology analyzer type zybio Z50. Obtained p-value 0.05 in the examination of wbc, neutrophils, lymphocytes, basophils, eosinophils, rbc, hgb, hct, MCV, MCH,
MCHC, rdw cv and sd, plt and pdw. Shows that the examination of wbc, neutrophils, lymphocytes, basophils, eosinophils, rbc, hgb, hct, mcv, mch, mchc rdw cv and sd, plt and pdw has no effect on the length of time to consume drugs (OAT), while the examination of monocytes, mpv and led shows an influence on the length of time to consume drugs (OAT).
