PENGARUH SENAM HIPERTENSI TERHADAP PERUBAHAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI DI PUSKESMAS BAMBU APUS 1

ABSTRACT

Introduction: Hypertension at Bambu Apus 1 Health Center is the second highest cause, according
to the data of doctor's diagnoses in visits to the health center in 2023. One of the causes of
hypertension that can be changed is physical activity/adherence to exercise. Hypertension exercise
aims to increase blood flow and oxygen supply to active muscles and skeletons, especially the heart
muscle and can cause changes in blood pressure in hypertension. Research objective: to analyze
the effect of hypertension exercise on changes in blood pressure in hypertensive patients at Bambu
Apus I Health Center. Research Method: This study uses a quantitative method with an intervention
study approach with a quasi-experimental method and the planning used is one group Pre-test and
Post-test. Data collection uses observation sheets obtained by measuring blood pressure pre and
post-hypertension exercise treatment. The sample of this study was 35 respondents using purposive
sampling. SPSS data processing with the Paired T-test. Results: The results of this study indicate
that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The results of the Paired T-test obtained p-values of 0.0001
