The 6th CCE Health invited Mr. Hari Bahadur Karki, DECH., MA as one of the keynote lecture to share his experiences and strategies in community empowerment, especially in ophthalmic care programs. He is a senior officer in Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology, possessing comprehensive knowledge of all aspects related to managing community eye center programs from program development to monitoring and evaluation.
